Hi! I am Hilde, a blogger and spiritual coach, who have been on an ascension journey since 2017, when I had a powerful kundalini awakening and was thrust into the dark night of the soul. This came alongside a twin flame encounter of sorts, that began a deep transformational road back to my true self, and to inner union. Although, you could argue that I’ve been on an ascension journey my whole life, the plot thickened with the kundalini awakening, and although I’d been committed to working on myself for a long time, this took that concept to a whole other level.
I’ve been an avid blogger since 2013, and this current blog has been operating since 2019, where I share about my experiences on this journey, as well as spiritual topics in general. As much as that has been for my own benefit and healing, I’m also here to be of service to you. If you’re experiencing a spiritual awakening, twin flame/soul mate encounter or are on a deep transformational healing journey, I’m here to help you navigate the ups and downs through my coaching offerings, meditations and free articles.
My articles and coaching consist of sharing and working on the deeper intricacies of spiritual awakening, ascension and alchemy, because let’s face it, real change requires more than just positive thinking and a change in mindset. It’s about going into the traumas that we all carry with us from childhood and beyond, working on healing and releasing them. It’s also about radical self-love and using the tools at your disposal in order to nurture and take care of yourself, to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and what you’re here to do and accomplish in life. I share concepts and tools that have been invaluable to me on my own journey, such as kundalini yoga and meditation, inner child healing, chakra balancing and karmic astrology, and dive deeper into topics such as the mother and father wounds, masculine and feminine balance and sexual alchemy.
One of the main goals of this journey is to clear away heavy energies and blocks that hold us back in one way or another, so that we can reconnect with our soul essence, to our own personal power and the love within! As someone who has already spent 9+ years on this journey, I’ve gained much understanding and experience, in order to be able to guide others who may feel stuck and frustrated with all the challenges that this journey sometimes presents.
