My healing and coaching services focus on connecting you with higher frequencies, with the love and power that resides within you, as well as assisting you to clear away heavy energies that are blocking you from connecting fully with your true self and your own creative power. Although you can do a lot of the work yourself in order to heal and uplift your vibration, we all may need some guidance and support at times from someone who has walked the path before you and understands what it’s all about, as well as help you if you get stuck.
As an HSP (highly sensitive person) and empath, there has been a constant struggle in my life to be able to fully express what I felt was in my soul. It took me a long time to be able to accept and learn to embrace my innate sensitivity, and it wasn’t really until my kundalini awakening and twin flame ascension journey, that I began to really heal and clear out all that stood in the way of my living in alignment with my soul. I have experienced blocks and ego deaths, having had old traumas come up to be cleared and gone deep into psychological patterns to release and rewrite them, but have also connected with powerful frequencies of love and bliss. There are many tools that I have found to be incredibly helpful to unlock blocks, unleash creativity and create the life that we desire for ourselves.
Kundalini Yoga, meditation, vibrational healing tools and various energetic exercises have all played a role in connecting me back to my soul and Higher Self, although what has been the most essential has been to dive deep into the mother/father wounds, inner child healing, masculine/feminine balancing and sexual healing. This has helped me rediscover the love within, reconnect with my innate power and discover my soul’s true expression. That is my wish for you too, and so I have created these offerings of ascension coaching, soul journeys and meditations (as well as workshops from time to time), to help you get back in touch with your power, soul essence and creative flow, so that you too can experience a life with more joy, peace, and purpose.
